Cell reception in the area is limited, so try to keep that in mind that in when leaving your accomodations.

Weddings in the time of Covid

We're keeping a close eye on the vaccine rollout and corresponding case load, and we expect that our adult guests will be vaccinated by the time of the wedding. Our venue asks that we gather photographs of vaccination cards. You email them to either the bride or groom. If circumstances change with vaccinations and case-load, we'll postpone the wedding so we can celebrate with you at later and safer date.

We'll be sending out confirmations and updates on July 1st and August 1st to let you know if everything is going as planned. Please do make note of cancellation policies when booking your accommodations and travel, and see below where we've found accomodations with very flexible policies.

Accommodations

There are a number of great cottages and homes for rent in the area, as well as cozy/hip/boutique hotels in nearby towns like Livingston Manor and Big Indian. As it is a holiday weekend, rooms and cabins may book up soon.

Things to Do

If you're interested in making it a full weekend, the area in and around Claryville is really beautiful. There's hikes of varying levels of difficulty, tons of fishing, swimming holes, covered bridges, a farm at the Frost Valley YMCA, and great little towns to explore like Livingston Manor and Margaretville. Or just hang out at the brewery and drink, we won't judge.

Registry & Gifts

Honestly, we consider ourselves very blessed to have everything that we do. Your travel and attendance is more than enough for us. If you do want to give us out in making a home on our new property in the Adirondacks, we've created a eclectic registry on Zola.com.
